Key Topics in Addressing the COVID-19 Pandemic, Part 1: The Varied International Experience (AIHce EXP 2021 OnDemand)
Course Description:
Recorded at AIHce EXP 2021

As of end-December 2020, many countries had successfully suppressed the COVID-19 Pandemic, located principally in the Western Pacific region, such as New Zealand, China, Korea and Singapore. However, the SARS CoV-2 pandemic is still accelerating internationally. The United States, Brazil, and India with their large populations are currently experiencing the highest rate of new cases and fatalities (https://covid19.who.int). The global situation is therefore complex, uneven, and still in flux. This panel of international experts will review lessons learned in fighting the pandemic globally and in the U.S., with a focus on worker protection.
