Course Description: Recorded at AIHce EXP 2021 WorkCare, a U.S.-based occupational health company, developed a suite of solutions to help employers prevent and manage COVID-19 in the workplace. Solutions include exposure prevention protocols, onsite daily symptom screening, risk stratification based on symptoms and activity profiles, telehealth triage, diagnostic and antibody testing, concierge medicine, contact tracing, return-to-work clearance, and a COVID-free zone. In a COVID-free zone, employees are required to comply with specific protective measures and crossovers from one zone to another are restricted or monitored. A COVID Compliance Officer is assigned to enforce all aspects of COVID-19 surveillance. This session will describe the zone model, how it integrates with other interventions and related outcomes.
