OHS Strategies to Address COVID-19 Impacts in Minority Communities (AIHce EXP 2021 OnDemand)
Course Description:
Recorded at AIHce EXP 2021

There is no denial that COVID-19 has presented a challenge to protecting the health and safety of employees around the world. Racial disparities of ethnic minority groups in the U.S. continue in the midst of the pandemic. The Occupational, Health, and Safety Professional holds a unique position that can serve as an objective advocate for total worker protections. This session will address data highlighting the impact of COVID-19 in the workplace, how these disparities overflow to the workplace, strategies to consider, and a call to action for equitable workplace protections.
