At some point in time, you may have pondered the different paths you could have taken if you changed your mind only slightly in a specific moment. Learn what three health and safety professionals would tell their younger selves if they had the chance. This session is also an opportunity for participants to share their perspective on what they would want someone at any stage of their career to know. This is a session jointly sponsored by the Mentoring and Professional Development Committee (MPDC) and Women in IH working group. Aileen Yankowski is the Chair of the AIHA's Women in Industrial Hygiene working group. Abby Ferri is the Administrator of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) Women in Safety Excellence (WISE) common interest group.
